Amenities

The front door from the landscaped covered atrium leads into the main living area giving access to the large open plan living/ dining area / kitchen area, all with pool, golf course and garden views.  There are three main sleeping quarters  accessed via the indoor staircase and another one on the ground floor.

To the far right the kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate adjoining utility area and additional small single bedroom (former maid room).  The laundry is complete with a large front loader machine and dryer, iron and dishwasher.  The dining area overlooks the pool and the garden through ceiling to floor windows and has a wooden table and comfortable chairs. The living room windows/sliding doors are large and enhance the spacious feeling of the home and provide stunning views over the pool and the golf course.

A large patio leads out onto the pool with outdoor dining table and chairs for 8 and there is also a shady "sala" for outdoor relaxing and casual entertaining. 4 sun beds are located at the poolside are available for sun seekers, or for relaxing under the umbrellas.
 
For additional fun this home is equipped with a table tennis table, smart TV, games and many DVD's.

To the left of the main entrance is a additional double bedroom with en-suite. Also in this area is a fully equipped office including screen, printer and wireless internet with views of the pool and golf course.
 
This Laguna Villa is conveniently located in the heart of the Laguna Phuket Resort,  Asia's first integrated 5* hotel complex. It is also less than 5 minutes from the entertainment area of Bangtao beach, which features many restaurants and traditional Thai massage. The home is in a security estate, in a small cul-de-sac.
